The Executive Board of Swiss Olympic has appointed the initial Foundation Board of the new Swiss Sports Tribunal Foundation. We are delighted that our partner Raphaëlle Favre Schnyder has been elected President of the Foundation Board and can now prepare the operational launch of the sports tribunal together with five other Foundation Board members. This court will rule on doping cases and ethics violations in Swiss sport from July 1, 2024.
